Due to the new Shinkansen (Bullettrain) line 'Hokuriku' opening in March 2015, connecting Kanazawa to Tokyo, we have created a new tour of Kanazawa city. Located in Ishikawa prefecture, the capital city Kanazawa has much to offer for visitors both traditional and modern.

Kenrokuen
Located next to Kanazawa castle, Kenrokuen Garden is considered one of the top three most beautiful garden in Japan. Visitors can enjoy variety of trees and flowers that change colors throughout seasons.

Kanazawa Castle
Kanazawa's symbolic icon Kanazawa Castle was built in 1583 by Maeda Clan.The castle is the biggest wooden building built after Meiji era in Japan. In 2001, numbers of skilled traditional carpenters was summoned to fix up the damage caused by numerous fire incident. The castle is worthwhile visiting to see the traditional Japanese carpentry skill that carefully put the building together without any nails.

Omicho Market
Located in the center of Kanazawa City, Omicho Market is the largest fish market in Kanazawa since Edo Period. The market is filled with over 200 specialty shops and is a great place to stop-by for fresh seafood lunch.
